Does this mean that Richard will at last be able to post pictures from his phone, the correct way up - he will be pleased.

You can tell a builder from an archaeologist by the size of his trowel. Mine is a small one!

I notice that often when I upload an image from my mobile phone to BBC Weather Watchers, the preview is often upside down but when it appears on the BBC website (or on the TV weather forecast) all is well and shows correctly.

Just had some feedback on this issue.

It appears the EXIF issue is slated to be dealt with in the next full release of Kunena. We'll keep an eye on this so that when released we can update the forum software so fingers crossed, the rotating image problem will go away.

I don't have any timescales for this so we will have to keep watching this space and keep taking pictures in landscape with the home button to the right!
