Is the NMR at Swindon as bad as the TNA as I intend visiting it shortly?

I telephoned beforehand as I was in the area for a limited period and needed images of Wigg Island, Runcorn. There was one snotty senior guy who was distinctly unhelpful but the ladies were marvellous. When I went they had all of the images ready for me and advised on the best copying methods, they did a number on the spot.
I sent a thank you message.

To be honest I've never found them anything but the most helpful and polite people on the planet!
