Colin Ba sent me this useful link. Unfortunately everything I've downloaded has every page obscured by a damn great logo. He doesn't have this problem. Tried IE and Firefox.

Logo-free on the pages themselves, but the US Army Military History Institute watermark can be seen on the page list at the side.

Oh dear, here we go again. I'm using Foxit Reader, not the bloated Adobe. Is that the problem?

However, I tried a few others:

TM 9-260 Browning Machine Gun, Cal. .30, M1919a6 (01 Sep 1943) wasn't a problem

FM 9-6 Ammunition Supply (15 Jun 1944) is a problem

FM 24-5 Signal Communication (19 Oct 1942) also a problem

The copy of FM 9-6 is from the US Army Military History Institute, hence the watermark.
TM 9-260 isn't, so the only watermark is the 90ID one on the cover page.

More annoyingly, I don't seem to be able to download any of the US Army Military History Institute manuals from source any more...

Both fine here after the over-printing on the initial page

Houston - I have a problem. Every page of the two above documents is 90% obscured by a very black 'US Army Military History Institute' logo. On a 'good'page I just get one sentence at the top / bottom.
