Unknown Bunker near Meaford, Staffs

Located here - can anyone tell me what it is? Was? What its was used for etc? I drove past a couple of days ago but didn't stop due to traffic, the front looked sealed up.

This has me intrigued. My girlfriend lives in Uttoxeter...went out for a meal at Salt and passed by somewhere that looked like this. Was dusk so I didn't get a proper look and it can't have been the one shown? ...........Off to scour the maps

edit: Not going to help but it was this one and on an earlier part of the same day.

Unlikely .....about 100 miles away as the electron flys

I've asked simon Craine a bunker man.......... he say's:

"Not sure ... its defn an underground building ... would need to have a search through docs. Could be just an underground water reservoir but doubt it.

Its near to Swynnerton where theres a big underground bunker and training camp for the Army ... ... but it doesn't seem to be part of them and it doesn't seem well protected ... "

No sign of surface power cables, phone cables or pipework. Gateway has old concrete posts with two lots of barbed wire across it and a 'Staffordshire Rural Watch' sign attached. Perimeter fence is concrete posts with wire and barbed wire attached via metal stand-off brackets.
Track from the A51 is tarmac with heavy covering of moss and no sign of recent access.
Externally the only visible structure is the concrete face. This has vertical vents and has a broken wooden access door to the right. No other external built features just the earth covering.
Internally there is a metal grating approx three feet wide running across the front face with steps leading down to pipework and valves approx three feet lower. There is evidence of a float pulley but no rope/wire attached. About four feet back is a solid concrete wall from floor to roof.

For anyone else who wants to actually take a look:
First photo taken from a wide farm gateway just east of the hill. It is possible to park on the access track but I would not advise it unless traffic is very quiet. The grass verge on the opposite side of the road to the east is wide enough to park on but the recent rain put me off as I wasn't in the landy. Last photo taken from a layby just west of the hill beyond the nursey entrance. It would also be possible to park at the nursey and cross over the road.
