hmmmmm lots of re-bar sticking out, is it unfinished or was it proected by earth at one stage? Stcking my neck out it does not appear to be contemporaenous with Sibson

Yes, also there was rebar sticking out of the top, and each bay had a hole in the centre that something had been bolted to. Will upload another few pics when I get the chance.

The structure appears to be built from concrete block so post-war? Zooming up the GE image shows two spaced 'holes' in the roof of each compartment.
