Concorde with the Queen on board arriving in Bahrain February 1979. Note the small Royal Standard flying from the captain's window while the aircraft taxied to the ramp.

Tks Kevin I was not aware that GBBDG was at Brooklands.

I was fortunate to fly on it from Abu Dhabi on a demo flight in 1974. I was seconded to the local airport ground handling agent from BA at the time.

The Concorde from the Intrepid Museum in New York has been moved off the aircraft carrier for a three-month restoration project.
