I am digitising a 1994 edition of an RAF Flight Information Publication entitled:
Minor Aerodromes United Kingdom
This is in a 'flip' book format with a number of airfields listed in the Index followed by an individual colour chart of each.
I shall try to post each chart under the appropriate heading in the Forum over the next couple of weeks but, if anyone wants to see a particular 'field just ask on here and I will prioritise the postings.
This is the cover:

......and this is a sample chart. I will post subsequent charts under the appropriate forum heading:

Peter, could I request Manchester/Barton and Woodford please?
Noted Iain, should get those up tomorrow under the relevant forum heading.
There is a Legend (map symbols) on the inside cover; I will post that too although I'm not too sure that the copy will be satisfactory due to the cover colour.
The RUC have an Islander and so do GMP. And of course there is the Northolt station flight!!!
Do GMP still have an islander? Haven't seen one in the NW for years. However, they never operated one that was fitted out by the MoD yet now wearing a normal civil tail number (in fact, IIRC the islanders that cheshire and manchester plod used had cherished (!) registrations like most of the plod and body chaser egg beaters). Often see the Northolt Station ones heading over towards your neck of the woods before they visit NI.
(apologies as this has gone totally off topic for Peters thread - maybe a mod can prune the thread)
