Great set of pics! Oh to go back to one of those displays with a digital camera!!

I remember Air Fete 93 well. The year the RAF celebrated it's 75th anniversary which annoyed me at the time because there where so many RAF types in the flying programme & not enough rare USAF types. I was so hard to pleased back then , I'd LOVE to see that very same line up at any airshow today. Talk about taking things for granted!!!! Must get my old AirFete pics scanned at some point.Lovely pics Deano, thanks for posting them.

I did get a surprise when I scanned them to find I'd got a picture of a Buccaneer amongst them.. which was nice.

Thanks for posting those airshow pics Deano. Loved looking at them. Here's a few scans of the souvenir programme from the final ever Air Friendship event at Bentwaters in 91 which I found whilst going through all my old airshow programmes. Loved the old USAFE airshow programmes as they where usually always calenders for the following 12 months with great photos & no adverts -

Here's the poster for the 1990 Abingdon Airshow that I've had hidden away amongst my airshow posters, programmes etc. The Thunderbirds didn't turn up for this despite being on the advert -
