I took Flypast for many years but eventually got tired of the same aircraft types over and over when there is still so much else out there and dropped my subscription. Better spent on Airfield Review:)

Same here. Flypast got too arty and spoilt the photos and also became difficult to read. I must admit to not having seen Britain At War, although I may have one copy my late mother in law sent me. I used to sbscribe to loads of mags but succesive recessions have whittled them down to none. (AR is via a membership of course). After the Battle is the only one I pick up occasionally.

I alwas thought to be a comic mag for 'big boys' and not a serious journal.

You can tell a builder from an archaeologist by the size of his trowel. Mine is a small one!
