It looks like the option to download a complete file is limited to selected files. I have picked a typical file that I would like to download entirely but cannot.

The HELP section also has not been amended. It still reads:

To Save from the Viewer
Click the Tools button in the viewer's toolbar
Click the Download button
Choose Entire Page or Select a Region
Select the file format you would like to download (JPG or PDF)

Problem solved. It was my popup blocker and script blocker preventing the JPG option only. Very odd as I have been using those for years without any problems on Fold3, or its predecessor.
