Avro Vulcan

It did two runs over St Athan, straight down the runway from Cardiff, before banking right around and flying along the disused and departing to the north.
Great to see the Saints' role in servicing the Vulcan (and V Bombers in general) being remembered.

Be great to know if this trip was videod from the Vulcan, all those important airfields in one three hour sortie!

Stunning photos James, first one in particular I like.

I must admit I'm getting a bit disapointed with my pictures of late, I would like to think I'm at the limits of my kit, but its probably my limits that I'm at!

Excellent shots, Stevie & me where stood out hoping to catch XH558 on it's way to Cottesmore but missed it.

It was a good job i saw her earlier over Bitteswell.

.....well it's hardly been a big secret has it? I think most people who are even remotely interested in '558 have known this news for ages. At least it's been pretty much officially announced now by the VTTS.
