Yep, Gannets will act as AEW. I forgot about the Buccaneer, probably because it was the only one that was used by the RAF. No Phantoms though. The support helicopter will be the Sea King. I can't quite imagine a naval Whirlwind without a pilot in an emerald green top hat :)
EDIT: The green hat reference may have been a Hoverfly!

They are not stealthy enough....... plan is to go with black painted Gladiators trailing inflatable seagulls on fishing lines......

The Galiator had AFAI metal ribs, a Mosquito is more stealthy!

QUEEN ELIZABETH is now at Invergordon, quite a number of pictures on Twitter of it there. One says it is there until Wednesday. Tempted to go up tomorrow to get some pictures - I was sent some of it with the QUEEN ELIZABETH 2 just outside the Sutors last week.

Some here as well

HMS Queen Elizabeth meets RMS Queen Elizabeth

I want to be around here on Monday and Tuesday because the FS MUTIN is visiting Achnacarry on Tueday - tall ship used by SOE.

Numerous official photos have shown it as R08 on the deck and both sides of the forward conning tower

Perhaps they are thinking that El Presidente Corbyn might want to convert to a Roll On / Roll Off ferry?
