Spot on Paul. You must know the location. It's in the centre of Dublin City.
Merrion Street to be precise.
Top centre of the photo, the oblong building to the left of the green with
the oblisk, is Dail Eireann, (the Irish parliament) which faces on to Kildare
Street. The photo was taken on Christmas Day 2007 from a hot air balloon
flying low over the city. It's the only day of the year that anyone can fly
low over the city centre.
