WHAT AERODROME QUIZ - Vol 1

NP, I've heard it said if you give someone a shotgun, blindfold them and ask them to fire
at the barn door in front of them, sooner or later they will hit it, LoL. Well the good news
is you hit it. It is indeed Collinstown AKA Dublin Airport, hense the clue Ryanair (Harp) IS
giving Aer Lingus (Shamrock) a "toasting" these days. This is the full diagram

1913 to 1923", published by the Irish Air Letter.
You will notice Corbollis House, it was the main house of the farmland that was compulsary
purchased to construct the aerodrome. It is still there (just) on the left as you approach
the main terminal building which is today located roughly where the hangars are on the
diagram.

Actually, I've changed my mind - is it Leicester East?

I think it's Leicester too, a great friendly airfield thats always seem to be in doubt.

Leicester East it is. NP, dont blame you for butting in quicky before that Paddy does it again,
but was it not REF who got in first with the right answer. Mind you I dont mind if he doesen't.
