The Phantom and Hunter were in 56sqn markings and I think they were at Wattisham when I saw them. Could it be Wattisham?

There's something odd about the 'two' Hunters!
Take a close look, both on absolutely identical plinths and wheel supports, both have non standard bang seat paint, both have rudder hard a' port, and both have shadow cast right down the middle from the front - same very early mark aircraft with different squadron marks each side me thinks!
As a wild guess I would say Waterbeach for the Hunter (they did have an early F.2), possibly Wattisham for the Phantom, though it did have a Lightning GG way back.

Phantom looks like Neatishead
Possibly, but in the late '80s Neatishead had a Meteor GG!
I think we need a more precise date from Airfieldsman

I'm actually thinking it may not be Neatishead now, the trees aren't right for there.
Brampton has a phantom but that is in 74 sqn markings, has that been re-painted??
Do we have a registration for this one??
