Iolo Williams makes his final journey around Wales to meet the people who work on and have a passion for the sea and explores the wildlife living in it. He travels along the south Wales coast, enjoying surprise encounters with wildlife before joining a shark-tagging project in the Celtic deep. Iolo then heads into the murky water of the Pembroke Dock to investigate a sunken seaplane but enjoys perfect sea conditions when he tries paddle boarding off the Gower peninsula. In his last stretch from Swansea to the Severn Bridge, he joins a commercial diver in the city's marina and goes on patrol with Cardiff police boat team.
