Not all are still used for motorsport and some now actively discourgae it but the ones still active may be able to help. For a fee, no doubt! Try Everyman Racing. They have a stake in an airfield or two for motorsport. You could try Elvington (Yorkshire), they hold regular track days for two wheels and four. Sounds like that might suit your needs.

"We either stand down or blow up - which do you want!"
You wont find may privately owned airfields that are not already used for motorsport that will let you play with a race bike on them as councils and insurance companies have clamped down on this sort of thing ( I am professional race/rally mech by trade, a part time Silverstone BMMC marshal and my mate runs a few offroad and track-day sites so I get asked this all the time), its got so bad we have had one site dropped from 50 to 30 days use a year and we can only run between set daytime hours because of the (excessive) noise.
I often see privateers using the LALA at Thurleigh (Bedford Autodrome - Motorsport Vision) out of corporate event hours, but as others have said they wont be cheap.

They were also tied in in some way with 6th Gear (driving experiences) and Bentley!. The Marshals club (whom I a member of as a marshal, rally technician and test track driver) did have some gossip they were going to run on the old shell track (a boring squared off oval) using the old shell wooden control tower/offices/workshop as the marshals HQ/race control but Warrington Council threw out the planning application and the company went bust...
