Anyone see the new TV advert (well, new to me!) for British Airways last night featuring historic aircraft and airports such as Croydon?

Ok-here is one I've often wondered about, a film from the 70's called the black windmill (was on again tonight hence me remembering) at the begining the is some action in a hangar-might be a j type-and shots of a somewhat overgrown runway/taxiway-anyone got any ideas, I can't find anything online about it and I've looked quite a few times. By the way I'm new here.

Okay this is really scraping the bottom of the barrel but ropy soap Crossroads once used Wolverhampton (Pendeford) Aerodrome to shoot an episode, where Man In The Sky was also filmed.

Bentwaters is used these days for a number of TV and film productions, not least because the stunt firm Bickers action enterprises are near enough for it to be practical and the site owners encourage it.

The Top Gear parachute into a moving car scene, jumping an Allegro backwards over parked cars, (and more)
The 5th Gear loop the loop scene
That remote driving show Driving Wars
Paint-balling show X-Fire 2001
Channel 4s Driven was based in one of the hangers
BBC 2s Dog Borstal
Fast and Furious 6
The Set of Derrin Browns Apocalypse
In 2013 it was used for the set of The Numbers station
It was used for the Spitfire flying sequence with Harry Harris Wartime secrets (The Grace Spitfire is based there. ATA girl Mary Ellis and then Harris himself were taken up in ML407. Approx 2010
(Harry also went to Parham/Framlingham tower museum for the episode on the secret army)
Bentwaters has also been used for episodes of Robot Wars and Mission Implausible and also it was used as a set for the spoof TV program space cadets.
