Working on dates and a process of elimination there AM - the eyesight is fading fast these days :-P Its getting difficult to type on the laptop with it being further away than my arms length :lol: That's a NATO AWAC as well not an RAF one.

good old bird was out and about over york today. elvington round lunch time and then over linton at 1330. was a wonderful sight.

Nice one Rich. I must admit, i do miss the days when she was based at Brunty. It's not far from where i live so was great to nip off and watch her flying in and out and visiting her parked up.

They're the retractable landing lights. Fitted from new on both the B1s and the B2s.

If anybody is in the Cottesmore area tomorrow (Saturday), late afternoon keep an eye out for her as she'll be passing overhead on her way back to Doncaster. Must be between 3.30 and 5.00 as she's (weather permitting) displaying at Kemble around 3-ish and then onto Margate Airshow afterwards before heading home.
