And so on to the next report. As the Vulcan will hopefully be on show tomorrow close to Wescott, Bucks, we will be thereabouts to see this. Be nice if it turns up at, or, near the specified time. Just pray for decent weather
The current route for tomorrow (11th Oct) shows it flying off Gravesend so the wife, both daughters and myself will probably be standing on the promenade, Bluewater traffic and tunnel crashes permitting. Let's hope the route is accurate!

Less good on achieving the scheduled waypoints. I walked half a mile west along the hill towards the scheduled track. It then passed half a mile to the east of its scheduled track, right over my house....
As a result, by coming directly over our hill instead of over the valley to the west, it was blind to the waypoint until too late. Hence the 90 degree turn to port to line up to overfly Cosford involved quite a pouring on of the coals to avoid getting too familiar with Wenlock Edge.
I'm told it missed out East Midlands Airport - ATC refusal?

Yes, they're was another aircraft in the circuit, slightly annoying for the crowds that had gathered at the Aeropark & along the perimeter road around the airport as we where all watching the Vulcan making it's run into the Airport in the distance only to suddenly bank away & depart. Oh well, better luck at Brunty tomorrow.
Watched it from the river bank east of Gravesend with the wife and two daughters. We had a clear view of the approach over Tilbury and the turn to go along the river Thames in front of us. Magic. Really surprised that there were only about 2 dozen people there as it was a perfect spot with the sun behind us. It arrived at around 13:35 with my daughter calling out the Vulcan's location from around the time it passed over Cottesmore so we were all ready. I have to say this was the best use I have ever seen for Twitter as it kept us informed on its progress. I think a lot of the fishermen were a bit surprised to see a big delta fly low over the Thames.
As one who has seen Vulcans display over a few decades (6!!!) I was good to see it one last time although I wouldn't have been too upset if I had missed it as this was not really how I wanted to remember it.

Along with dozens of other eager folk we waited in and around Ludgershall village (Near Bicester) as it was due to do a turn about there. Someone suddenly spotted it about two miles away and not heading towards us didn't even hear it !! So a lot of very disgruntled people gradually dispersed. Well peed off with that Could have been in my club
Nice graceful pass over North Weald, lots of people on the airfield quite a few who had never seen a Vulcan before.
Really surprised at the amount of GA that flew in for the event it seemed busier than Heathrow!
A big thank you to the staff at North Weald for letting everyone onto the field to watch the Vulcan flypast, it was very busy.
ATC coped very well with all the light aircraft that flew in, there seemed to be hundreds of them!
Was it necessary for the police helicopter to just have to hover over the place just while the Vulcan bid it's bit ????
