I have just dug out my RAFM plan, 12775/41 which shows the pit in the third bay.
There are 'hurters' to the front and inside the rear of the building there are 'hurters' up to a height of 9"

Well i have got to say that i have never sen concrete ramps running up like that before and i have seen a few of these sheds. I suspect they are not original:-o
Have to say that i am not convinced about those concrete ramps in the sheds ?:shock:
Dont think i have them shown on any siteplan that i have but i stand corected if evidence is available but as said earlier in the photo shown, think they are post-war additions.
I shall dig out a few pics of my own and have another look ...
My drawing shows concrete runners on the ground with with rear buffers upto 9 inches high and ash inbetween, but nothing like that ramp in the picture.
