Ricoh used to have a print on demand service, run from their print room at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry.. Their machine takes a USB as input and outputs finished books. Please PM me if this is of interest.

Great idea splitting up the next publication Paul. Wish I'd heard of your plans before I spent big bucks on an ex-library copy but I'll definitely support your future work.
