A few that I took of Lightning XS456 at the Golf Club close to Wainfleet All Saints. Calling here on my regular trip to Skegness I asked permission to photograph their 'Gateguard' this granted I was told by the owner that it cost more to transport the aircraft from [Binbrook I believe he said] than it cost for the plane it's-self. This being around 1997-8.
New on the gate at RAF Wittering, Harrier GR.9 (ZD469). It was put in place on 27 April replacing the Harrier GR.3 which is now being refurbished. Photo taken today, 2 May 2011.

Though I suppose it's really only a Cafe Guard, and it's only doing a quarter of the job. Noticed two weeks ago and I go past there every week. Also no-one seems to know where the Meteor has gone.... photographed today.
Just along to the traffic-lights [as seen in the third photograph]turning left into Churchdown there are some original-looking wartime buildings [office types] followed by some modern type [ Factory/Warehouse etc] one is called Brabazon another called Harrier. Just thought I didn't see any information board... telling which Vulcan this nose section belonged to
